How does the process work?

When you contact us, one of our wonderful assistants, Liz or Lori, will ask some initial details of why you are seeking treatment and set up a time for a brief phone consultation. We will ask about what brings you to treatment, introduce the practice, and answer any questions that you may have. If we decide to schedule an appointment, we will send you a link to Simple Practice, the secure electronic system we use for charting, billing, and communicating with patients. We will ask you to sign forms and upload demographic and billing information. Once this is complete, we will schedule your first appointment.
